What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is checkout secure? Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify with encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.

What are the shirts made of? Premium cotton, custom-printed and made in the USA for a soft feel and durable print.

How do the shirts fit? What size should I order? Our tees run in standard unisex sizing. Please review our size chart before ordering — [CONFIRM: link to size chart page]. Since each tee is custom-printed for you, double-checking your size avoids returns. Can't find your size or not sure which to pick? Just message us — we're happy to help you find the right fit.

How do I care for my tee to keep the print looking great? Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly over the print. Do not bleach.

Are colors and designs exactly as shown? We work hard to show accurate photos, but screen settings can make colors look slightly different in person. Prints are placed by hand, so minor variation is normal and part of the custom-made charm.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition with tags attached and original packaging, and include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

How do I start a return? Email support@staterootsapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

We respond within 24 hours with approval and instructions. If approved, we send you a FREE prepaid return label and tell you where to ship the item.

When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for it to appear. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, email us.

My item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — what now? Please inspect your order on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately — your choice of a full refund or a free replacement, at no extra cost.

Do you offer exchanges? We don't do direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size, color, or design: return the original item (steps above) and place a new order for what you want.

What can't be returned?

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final-sale items
  • Gift cards

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping? Shipping is FREE on all orders — no minimum.

Where do you ship? We ship across the United States. [CONFIRM: do you ship internationally? If yes, add countries + any timeframe/fee differences.]

How long until my order arrives? Each tee is made to order. Typical timeline:

  • Processing & printing: [CONFIRM: e.g. 1–3] business days
  • Delivery: [CONFIRM: e.g. 3–7] business days after it ships
  • Estimated total: [CONFIRM: e.g. 4–10] business days

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order? Use the Tracking Order link in our site menu, or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also log in to your account to see order status anytime.

My tracking says delivered but I didn't get it. First check with neighbors and your local post office. If it's still missing, email support@staterootsapparel.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and replace the order if it's confirmed lost.
