Shipping Options & Rates 🇺🇸

We offer two options at checkout:

Standard Shipping FREE on all orders 3–5 business days after production
Express Shipping Calculated at checkout (paid) 1–3 business days after production

No minimums and no hidden fees on Standard — it's always free.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Every Stateroots tee is custom-printed to order, so your timeline has two parts: production time plus shipping time.

Stage Time
Processing & Production 1–2 business days
Standard Shipping 3–5 business days after production
Express Shipping 1–3 business days after production
Estimated Delivery (Standard) 4–7 business days total
Estimated Delivery (Express) 2–5 business days total

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time. Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. During major sales or holiday peaks, times may run slightly longer — we'll always keep you posted.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also:

  • Use the Tracking Order link in our site menu, or
  • Log in to your account to view order status anytime.

Please allow up to 24 hours after the shipping confirmation for tracking to update.

Need to Change or Cancel an Order?

Since each tee goes into production quickly, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order to change or cancel it. After that, your shirt may already be in production and can't be cancelled — but you're always covered by our 30-Day Guarantee (see below) and can return it once it arrives.

Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@staterootsapparel.com as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local post office first.
  2. If it's still missing, email support@staterootsapparel.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
  3. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and replace the order if it's confirmed lost.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

Every Stateroots Apparel product comes with a 30-Day Guarantee. If your item arrives with any manufacturing defect, you're entitled to a 100% refund or a free replacement — your choice, at no extra cost. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right. (See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.)
